Your Virtual Orthodontist (YVO) provides dentists with specialist orthodontic support for clear-aligner treatment while allowing them to maintain the direct relationship with their patients.

Digital aligner systems are capable instruments, and the setups they produce are genuinely useful. What a setup cannot do is decide what treatment is for. That comes earlier: from an orthodontic diagnosis, from the objectives set for the case, and from a treatment plan that says what the aligners are meant to accomplish.
When the plan exists first, the clinical protocols prescribed from it tell the manufacturer what to build, and the setup that comes back can be read against something — the diagnosis it was meant to address and the objectives it was meant to reach. When it does not, the setup becomes the plan by default.
YVO exists to bring that orthodontic layer into the clear-aligner workflow of dentists treating in their own practices.

- Diagnosis before design
- Treatment begins with understanding the orthodontic problem and defining what treatment should achieve — before there is a digital setup to react to.
- Plan before setup
- The orthodontic treatment plan and the clinical protocols prescribed from it are what the manufacturer is asked to build. The plan is the instruction, not the response.
- Review with purpose
- A manufacturer-created setup is evaluated against the orthodontic diagnosis, the treatment objectives and the intended plan, with modifications requested as needed.
- Adapt as treatment progresses
- When a refinement is submitted, progress is reassessed and a refinement treatment plan is developed for the next series of aligners — including the adjustments needed to continue toward the treatment goals, and a fresh look at the limitations that bear on what is achievable.
- Support the treating dentist
- Case-specific orthodontic guidance goes to the dentist treating the patient, throughout the case, because that is who is making the decisions.
